Our Program:

Getting Started With eBook Publishing: How to Create Books That Sell
In this session, we'll talk about what it takes to write— and sell— eBooks. You'll learn what the most important elements of an eBook are, and how you can sell more books without spending a lot on ads.

Encouraging and Constructive: How to Manage Critique Groups with the Sandwich Method
We will have a demonstration and practical application of constructive criticism. Have you ever been in a critique group? Has your work been peer-reviewed by other writers? Have you ever received a BAD critique? Giving and receiving critique is not always easy. Utilizing the sandwich method, we will analyze how to give and receive helpful critique.

All About Editing and Proofreading
Whether you want to become an editor or proofreader, edit and proof your own work, or find and work with an editor or proofreader to make your writing work the best it can be, you need to know what editing and proofreading involve. It’s also important to understand the differences between levels of editing as well as editing vs. proofreading, important characteristics of an editor, essential tools, and helpful resources. Find it all and more in this informative session
