Critique Group Forum

SLWG has a new critique group program! From the Members Room, visit the Critique Group Forum. There you can post 1-3 pages of your current work, or read through the pieces and give your constructive feedback. Members can also post an interest in finding writing partners and form in-person critique groups. Groups are autonomous, but we recommend limiting participants so everyone is critiqued at each meeting. We only ask that at each meeting every person in the group is critiqued, and that the sandwich method is used - Good Point / Something to Work On / Good Point.

Post 1-3 pages of an unpublished manuscript
Give constructive feedback to fellow members
Post interest in forming in-person critique groups
The point is to help each other improve

Whenever possible SLWG will provide significant discounts to members. SLWG also works with other organizations and tries to provide discounts to other events as well, like the Missouri Writers Guild, St. Louis Publisher Association Events, and more. From time to time, SLWG is sent or receives discounts or opportunities for services or products and those are passed on to Members as well.
