an initiative by St. Louis Writers Guild to encourage and showcase tomorrow’s Writers
The Apprentice Club is St. Louis Writers Guild’s young writer program!
SLWG has a long tradition of supporting tomorrow’s writers and we continue this with Associate Membership in the SLWG Apprentice Club, a way to showcase the wonderful young writers programming we provide.
The Apprentice Club is led by Sam, the quill-and-ink hedgehog, a new mascot inspired by SLWG’s first president Sam Hellman.
New for the 100th Anniversary - Associate Membership
An associate membership is for those young writers who are currently enrolled in middle school, high school, or an equivalent alternative. Associate members have access to special areas on the website and special events hosted by St. Louis Writers Guild. Associate members are welcome to attend age appropriate SLWG Events.
Associate Membership is $5 per year
Associate Membership is included with registration to SLWG’s Summer Writers Camp
